In today's busy world, most of us don't pay much attention to how we do things, as long as they get done. But what would we discover if we did? This is the question that BODY PLUS MIND set out to answer.

In doing so, founder Steve Peters discovered that by developing a greater awareness of ourselves and our habits, we can develop more control over our health, our behaviour, and lives.

Steve has over 10 years of experience in helping people to be at their best as a personal trainer, and has spent almost 20 years studying and teaching tai chi, kung fu, yoga, meditation, anatomy and physiology, and the Alexander technique.

He is committed to sharing what he's learned with as many people as possible as he continues to explore. He also occasionally writes about himself in the third person.
