A New Movement In Movement.

BODY PLUS MIND is a project which has been a long time in the making, mainly because its goal is to answer a surprisingly difficult question:

How can exploring relationship between the mind and body help us to improve our lives?

Whilst trying to figure out where to begin, founder Steve Peters studied and taught tai chi, kung fu, yoga, meditation, anatomy and physiology, and finally the Alexander technique. After almost 20 years of research and refinement, this is the next step.

Steve is committed to sharing what he's learned with as many people as possible as he continues to explore. He also occasionally writes about himself in the third person.
